My mother and I went up to whichever cashier was on#2 at 11-11:30. Who gave us a sour face because I used a discount. She was rude. Did not greet us, smile or anything. As someone who has worked for tjx I was appalled by her behavior. She was slamming the bag and tough with the pin pad while we were waiting for the receipt option. Normally I would let this go because everyone has a bad day every once in a while but she was excellent with the customers before and after us and we were singled out.

Busy for a thursday
Went for white pants very low
Selection in all pants..marshalls and tj maxx oc have better choices
This location had alot more sun dresses jumpsuits
Same with purses..bathing suits had hood selection
With car show in oc the traffic wasnt bad going in that direction nor coming back towards oc.

I was in need of a pair of pants that is desperately in need we went in found plenty of choices reasonably priced they seem to have a large selection that will be easy on your pocketbook I enjoyed the experience and was very pleased with the prices if you're a penny pincher like me LOL stop in and check them out you never know what you'll find and there were lots of quality products to choose from

Stopped in to look for some dress clothes for an upcoming wedding I was invited to. I was disappointed that they didn't have anything for men with a 40in waist or bigger. And the women's section is twice as big as the men's section.

Love the store and the shopping-but I am SO disappointed in the employee I was being helped by. I tried to leave a review with the online survey and it wouldn’t work AT ALL. (If you want reviews done-MAKE THE WEBSITE WORK)
This employee was genuinely the worst employee I’ve been helped by. Ever.
She was slow, didn’t talk at all, gave so much attitude and when I handed an item to her and said ‘I forgot to put this back but I don’t need it’ she quite literally grabbed it from me and THREW IT! How unprofessional. So so disappointed.

I am broke and the clothes in here are awesome when I need something. But that is not what my review is about. I lost a pair of glasses when I came in, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them and even called me when they did , I have nothing but good things to say about the people who work here. Also, the clothes are great and super cheap but them helping me find my missing item is the selling point for me. Marshall will have my business until the day I die.
