Roc was a very helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable rep! My partner and I had been in the market for a new mattress but weren’t planning to actually buy when we walked in, but the way Roc listened to us, walked us through options, gave informed recommendations, and didn’t pressure us led to us ordering one. We’re both happy with the experience and purchase because we feel confident about it thanks to Roc. Also shoutout to Vinnie for the assist with swapping beds around for us so we could try different combos of stands/mattresses. Thanks again!

I was referred to Roc at the Pelican Square store. Roc helped my Dad and I each drill down to what would be the best selections for each of our needs. He genuinely wants his customers to get the optimal combination of comfort and value. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the selection and buying process went; no pressure, no rushing into a decision. I highly recommend Mattress Firm at Pelican Square, and Roc is certainly one of the most pleasant sales professionals in my experience.
