Terrible experience. Retail personel had me running out the door in less than 3 min. No Joke. Started looking at a pair and was told after a 2 min sale pitch that i didnt want that shoe. I wanted another shoe. I snapped back and got more rudness. Cant imagune what this experience is like if your autistic or have social interactions issues.

Buyer beware. Buy one get 50% off might appear as a good deal, as long as you don't intend to do a return (without an exchange) that is. Bought a$ 74.99 pair, got half off another pair. When I returned the $74.99 pair was only refunded $45 based on the second pair. Rip off.

This store is a joke. Don't be fooled by the outlet status. The prices are not discounted by any means. The sales personnel were rude and condescending when answering my questions regarding women's hiking boots. I left the store feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. Decided to go on the Merrill website and found the exact same hiking boots at a fraction of the price offered at the outlet. The boots were priced at $124 at the store and wound up paying $70 for them from the website with the additional 20% off offered to new customers. Will never trust this outlet to purchase anything ever again. Be sure to check your buying options.
