This store is a joke. Don't be fooled by the outlet status. The prices are not discounted by any means. The sales personnel were rude and condescending when answering my questions regarding women's hiking boots. I left the store feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. Decided to go on the Merrill website and found the exact same hiking boots at a fraction of the price offered at the outlet. The boots were priced at $124 at the store and wound up paying $70 for them from the website with the additional 20% off offered to new customers. Will never trust this outlet to purchase anything ever again. Be sure to check your buying options.

Although located in an "outlet mall," this store does not offer any greater discounts than one might find online... nevertheless, this particular shop offers a very good selection of quality Merrell shoe styles and sizes for both men and women.
