Not much staff for customer assistance at holiday shopping time. Was not greeted or assisted by staff for quite awhile. Not like Coach store. Coach staff greet and assist upon entering! MK could take some kessons from Coach on customer service!

Lack Of Customer Service Per Usual. Quality Went Down Since Covid. Handbags/ Accessories Peel. Purchased @Least 10 Items In The Past Year That Was Already Damaged and Only Once Was I Reimbursed. Purses Corners Rubbed Off From Being Display On Sales-floor. 1 Year Manufacture Warranty Not Honored. Cannot Exchange Or Return As Per Store Policy On Receipt; Which Is As Stated, “30 Days Exchange Or Return. “ I’ve Asked For New Product And Get Home To See That Sometimes An Error Of Receiving Wrong Goods. Guaranteed Not A Good Experience Here Lately. So Be Sure To Get A Good Deal When Shopping Here, So You’re Not Leaving Frustrated!Happy Shopping

My sister's and I went looking for special items. Upset because they didn't have sneakers in our size or the shoe we wanted. The chain belts only came with the dresses and the purses were either too small or too large.

I have been a customer for this for past 2 years. Every time I had a good customer experience. This is the first salesperson Carissa was sarcastic and not helpful. I purchased a bag from clearance and on the the receipt it is mentioned no where that clearance cannot be returned and she did not accept the return and said it’s verbal which was not informed to me when I made the purchase. So disappointing

The other day I was in here and there were 3 girls total on the floor. The one girl with super curly hair I believe her name is Carissa. Was the only one helping the 12 customers on the floor. She was also dealing with a bulk buyer. The other 2 girls stay by the cashwrap and the other one was just fixing a wall for 35 mins. Then the curly hair girl went in the back to get a customer a bag and another customer who bought something was leaving and the alarm went off. The girls from the cashwrap was yelling for Carissa but she was in the back getting items for a customer. The 2 girls don’t need to hide behind the cashwrap the whole time. So why couldn’t the other 2 girls help with the 12 customers and a bulk buyer?
