Visited this store for the first time today and as if they will even care, but I won’t be coming back. Walked in and the three staff members there turned to look at me and my daughter when I said “Hello”, spoke and then quickly turned away. No “How can I help you?” or “Do you need assistance?”. We stood there and waited to see if they’d turn around and I had to say that I had a question before anyone acknowledged us again. I didn’t know the store was there and was happy to see it because I needed to see if they could change a battery and possibly refinish one of the watches I had scratched. I’m not sure if this is due to a lack of customer service skills or if they made the assumption that we weren’t worth the time to assist but either way, it’s not the way to treat a customer and reflects poorly on the company brand. Do better!

If you’re in the market for a watch check Movado out in Rehoboth.I shopped at movado over a month ago and had excellent service with Covid and all. The team was very knowledgeable and respectful to my needs. I was helped by two ladies Summer , and Kelsie. I will be returning to shop with them again!

Things are very different for everyone right now but I am so pleased that this store is following CDC guidelines to keep themselves and their customer base safe! The ladies that work here are wonderful, keep it up!
