I was very fortunate to meet Donna at the Rehoboth store. She provided me with great customer service by listening to how much I walk and the type of surface I primarily walk on, etc.. She scanned my feet and recommended that I increase my shoe size for a much better fit. She also let me know that they recycle their packaging and even my old sneakers! My feet and knees are as happy as they can be with the sneakers she recommended. She also saved my info in their system so I may have other sneakers sent to me in the future with free shipping. I had a wonderful experience. Jessica Norwood was the employee who helped me. She was professional and knowledgeable about what sneakers I would need, being I have orthotics and have orthopedic issues. She was also very kind and patient with me. I would like to thank her for helping me. I love my new sneakers.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them and they were suppose to get it shipped to my house. Part of the order was fulfilled, the other pair never came in. Called the store, only to find out it was cancelled for some reason but they never initiated a refund. I asked if they could reorder it and they just said no and I had to request the refund.

My young son is running track for the first time and was having trouble with his spikes. He loves the New Balance brand because his feet have historically been wide and they've always had a good selection for that. We decided to take the spikes to the Rehoboth store to see what could be done even though they're not New Balance brand. Donna was amazing! She hodge podged a bunch of inserts together to make the spikes comfortable and was very good with my son. We will only be trusting her with his running feet from here on out!

I purchased a pair of sneakers in October. I had a slight issue. I contacted Donna at Rehoboth. Not only was she helpful in advising that I could go to a local store, she also forwarded a copy of my receipt. That’s customer service. I will always buy my shoes from a New Balance Store
