My husband and I recently stayed at the Ocean Glass Inn while participating in the Rehoboth marathon. The location was ideal, just a mile to the boardwalk. The room was quaint and extremely clean. There was a welcome note and candies on the bed. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Erin, the manager, was warm and kind. The breakfast was lovely, providing a plethora of breakfast items: coffee, milk, juice, yogurts, toast, mini quiches (freshly pulled from the oven by Erin), etc. I highly recommend staying at the Ocean Glass Inn!

We booked a two night stay. After the first night, we woke up with stiff necks and pain in our backs since the beds and pillows were horrendously uncomfortable. The mattress was hard like a rock and old. The pillows were feather, so they were soft but with no neck support. Strangers from the nightclub across the street came onto the property at night. It was scary since they were roudy and intoxicated. Our room was so tiny. We couldn't do anything but sit on the bed. If one of us had to use the bathroom, it would face the bed while sitting on the toilet. The bathroom was so tiny and disgusting. The shower leaked, and the walls and floors were dirty. The water didn't get past Luke warm. The quality of this dirty motel left something to be desired. We checked out the next morning, losing our next paid night. The lady with the blue hair was very rude. She was unsympathetic and just plain ugly. She said the owner would call, but they never did. We regret staying here, and we will not be back because of the lack of quality of the bed, dirty room, and the terrible customer service. Besides, it’s on a busy main road, so the noise level was very high.Rooms: Disgusting and dirty, tiny AFNearby activities: Save yourself and get out nowSafety: Nightclub across the street. Not safeWalkability: Nope! Not safe areaFood & drinks: Only if you like quiche made by smurfette. ?Noteworthy details: On a very busy road. Blah!

We stayed this past weekend, and had a great experience. It's a warm and welcoming environment, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and whimsical. The location is close to the beach, the staff are very friendly, and we had a great visit. Would definitely stay again. The only issue (which is outside their control) is that there's a club across the street and we could hear the bass of the music at night - but it was nothing that couldn't be masked by a sound machine app on our phones.

Great motel in Rehoboth Beach. This motel was clean and inviting with a kind and service oriented staff that is eager to please. The room we stayed in was an efficiency with everything we needed including a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfy and the free breakfast was amazing for this type of motel. You can't go wrong here and will be pleasantly surprised. There were even beach chairs available for use without charge! The price is right Bob!Nearby activities: Downtown Rehoboth Beach nearby

This place is so great that I don't want anyone else to know about it! The room was small but cozy. Bathroom.amenities we're on point! The cleaning crew does a great job, but can I just mention how great the staff is here? From reception to the breakfast room staff they couldn't have been more hospitable! Lovely place!

Six of us stayed in the apartment this weekend and had a great time! It was perfect for what we needed as we backpacked on bike from the ferry for the night. We've been by a million times and the owner did a great job updating everything. The happy hour was a great touch as well!

This place could easily sell for quadruple the price if it was on the ocean. It’s only a short walk or quick bike ride to the beach and shops, the bike path is right outside your door and the walk helped us digest before bed. We stayed in one of their cottages, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. They went above and beyond for a continental breakfast. I was worried when I saw the night club across the street but you couldn’t hear it inside the room. I was happier here than I was at a more expensive hotel we’ve stayed at in the past, the staff was super nice (more than we’ve encountered at other hotels) and the management clearly puts a ton of thought into your stay down to the smallest detail. Rehoboth seems to becoming a regular destination for us and this place is our new go to hotel.Rooms: Room was perfect, I think we had one of the larger rooms and it was more than enough space. Some stains on a towel and the throw rugs could use a wash but other than that everything was clearly well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. I’m usually grossed out staying in a hotel where a bunch of strangers have slept and used the bathroom but I felt completely comfortable here.Walkability: Well kept sidewalks, paths, and bike trails take you from the hotel to the beach, shops, and dining. I was hesitant to book here because it wasn’t within a block or two but it wasn’t a problem and I able to see more things on this trip than the last because it was a little further up the road.Food & drinks: Don’t worry about rushing for breakfast. Everyone seemed to show up at 8:30 so it got a bit crowded inside but they were continuously refilling the food stations so you’ll be fine going to eat after 9. They had happy hour when we arrived, we were heading to dinner but I was able to browse locally made crafts.Noteworthy details: The AC works very well, there were usb outlets in the lamps and alarm clock. The decor is beautiful and well thought out.

Stayed for one night with a friend and the experience was absolutely lovely. From the very beginning I was blown away by how warm, welcoming, and considerate the staff was. When we got to our (very cute and well decorated) room there was a handwritten welcome note with candies waiting for us. Location was excellent, only a short drive to the boardwalk and right off a main road.By far the most pleasant surprise was at breakfast. Breakfast itself was fairly simple, mainly things like fruit and toast, but what blew me away was the offering of a non dairy milk option. I am dairy intolerant and so I never get to enjoy milk with my hotel breakfast unless I bring my own. Thanks to the considerate staff at Ocean Glass I was able to enjoy some cereal with my breakfast!I loved the comfortable, homey vibe and felt totally welcomed and cared for throughout my short stay. You can really tell that the owners and staff truly care about providing their guests with a good experience; it felt more like staying at a bed and breakfast than at a motel. I will most certainly be back in the future!

Could be better. But for a motel or inn it will do.I was not expecting a 5 star resort which we have stayed in. The bathroom was MUCH too small and I kept knocking things over.Fortunately I did not have an accident. The shower was slippery and the floor wet.The beds were too high and it was on a metal box spring that keep making noise. The heat and AC was frizzy, It was too hot or too cold and nothing in between. I have a medical patch and I am not supposed to sweat or I have to use an extra patch and I can't afford to do that. I couldn't wait to leave,They did try their best but did not invest in a handicapped chair which I had to bring it.They were very hospitable. No problems with the staff. I would love to give it a higher rating but I cant.

I absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful, cozy, quaint hotel. Erin the manager and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms are very clean and give an authentic and beachy vibe. We were surprisingly greeted with an anniversary gift basket full of goodies and wine. The breakfast is great and the mimosas an added surprise. Happy hour with wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages were a hit along with the snacks, cheese and crackers provided. Definitely making it our yearly anniversary destination and it's just one mile away from the beach and boardwalk.

WONDERFUL, BOOK NOW! My family and I stayed here during my birthday weekend in July for the first time and I see this as our go-to place to stay when we visit Rehobeth. From the cleanliness, to the staff, to the decor, to the vibe and so on... I cannot say enough. You can tell from the moment you step on the property that the owner and the whole team genuinely CARE about the establishment and take pride in their work. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and she was not a "set and forget" type of person. You better believe she was getting down and dirty to support the staff in keeping everything in tip top shape! (Which I really appreciate.) Beyond the fabulous staff, the property had such a quaint and authentic beach vibe from top to bottom, down to the littlest details. (Including ocean glass pieces surrounding the building instead of regular rocks--see photos.) It was as if I was staying at my best friends beach house. They offer complimentary (homemade) breakfast (+Mimosas!) and a great little happy hour daily including beverages, snacks, cheese, crackers, etc. They even have complimentary (quality) beach carts available for guests to utilize. AND to top it all off...They surprised me with a complimentary birthday gift basket with little bottles of wine, two wine glasses and a bunch of snacks, perfect for me to share with my family. I can't wait to go back to celebrate my birthday again for many years to come! Thank you Ocean Glass Inn for providing such a hospitable experience for my whole family!

We were very happy with our stay! First this has to be the cleanest place we have stayed! It’s so quaint and adorable! The personal touches went above and beyond. The community area, so cute! Welcome snacks and beverages. Only thing is location is a bit of a drive/walk to the beach and boardwalk but we just drove and found a spot. Highly highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute. The room was beachy and bright and very clean! We went to the happy hour/reception, and both Erin and Aly (I think that was her name) were friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We will most certainly be back!

I stayed here pre 2019, when it was a pirate-themed motel. It has improved in every way. Bring a bike to get to/from the beach and you're golden! Breakfast and complimentary HH (and all of the staff--even the folks cleaning rooms) were so welcoming!
