I can't say enough good things about Jason at Parcel Plus, Rehoboth Beach, De. He packed and shipped the decoy I won at auction and the care he took is the reason I'm writing this. The decoy is valuable and i was so surprised to see how this item was wrapped and prepared even before boxing. But once in the box, it was packed again in order to insure it was delivered safe and in one piece. This is an example of someone doing their job and Parcel Plus should be very happy to have an employee who takes the time and patients to figure out the best way to ship an expensive item. Great service and assistance in returning a package to Williams Sonoma and shipping an important package to a friend in Saudi Arabia...definitely will return when other shipping needs arise!

We drove from Milton to parcel plus to have documents we had emailed earlier notorized and emailed to our attorney. They did not open all the documents sent, thinking they were duplicates. They coudn't print them out because there computer was down. Jason told us he would would call us when the computers were back online. When he was explaing this to us the girl that was there yelled to him to "just tell them to come back later or come back tomorrow". She was so rude to both us as customers and to Jason. She had the worst customer service I have ever seen in quit a long time. Thank you to Jason for calling us back at 4:30 when the computers came back up but by that time we had gone to another location to get our business completed. I am sorry to say you have lost two customers due to the rudeness of the girl you had employed there today.

The young man who helped me on Friday at the Mail Store in Rehoboth (19266 Coastal Highway), was wonderful!!! He took quite a bit of time helping me to mail a variety of envelopes and condensing them to 1 package so as not to make it a more expensive delivery.

They shipped a package to me from a local auction. They did not use any padding in the package nor did they use a box strong enough for the weight of the items inside.This is a professional shipping service, you would expect a good package. All four sides of the box were ripped open and the contents were damaged. I shared images with them and told them my concerns. They said I declined additional insurance. I was not given any options for insurance. I would never decline insurance.I do not understand why someone would lie to a customer like that. They made no effort to address their poor packaging, just said "Sorry about the damage, to your items.". They wanted to mention to me that I declined Fedex or UPS, but again this is not true. I simply said that these are vinyl records, please use media mail. Those other shipping carriers have nothing to do with the damage to my package. Not sure why they would even mention them. As someone who ships 50+ unique items daily, it hurts to make this complaint, but their response was really poor. They are not infallible.There is a lot of dishonesty coming from this business. I get that they do not care and I have no way to recover the loss. I hope you do not have the same thing happen to you.
