We love Allison! She is a great trainer! We followed to this store from the Millsboro one. She makes classes fun and really loves the animals she works with. We took one of our dogs through 4 classes with her and have our newest dog signed up to start classes in the fall. She is well worth the drive from Frankford to Rehoboth for classes.

PetSmart grooming at this location is always so good. Bailey groomed my dog Milo and he came home better than I could have expected. She’s very attentive and caring. Would highly recommend her and this location

I went in at around 7pm on a Friday and I was one of the only people there. There was a small group of workers by the registers talking but not one welcomed me or came to ask if I needed any help though they saw me a few times pass by. The store was clean though and the animals seemed taken care of.

I had a great experience today! Unable to lift after surgery I was assisted by a very pleasant young man. He placed a 30lb bag of dog food in my cart and then took it out to my car. I didn’t get his name but we talked about him being a true beach resident since he was wearing shorts! I really appreciated how pleasant he was. In today’s world it’s rare ❤️

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! I had an appointment for my three dogs to get groomed, I walked in with one who suffers from anxiety really bad and said to the girl that I would bring in the rabies certificate with the next dog in one minute and the attitude I got was unbelievable. Never ever ever ever when I recommend, anyone to take their pet there to be groomed. If she gave me that kind of attitude, I can’t imagine the care that she would give him one of my dogs!!!

They always take care of all my dog's grooming needs.
They have a great selection of products for all your pet's needs.
The vet services are a bit inconvenient in following ups.
But I wouldn't go anywhere else.
