Opened a four month cd and was told it would mature then at 5.25%. However that is not correct. I would have to leave it in for the full year to get that amount. Went in the next day and was told they will not give me back all my money. A penalty would be involved.

Enabled fraud to be committed on my elderly father - he lost his life savings because of this branch. They later admitted that they knew that it was a fraud but processed it anyway. Then they lied about that. We are pursuing legal action. Not trustworthy, do not use, especially if you are a senior citizen.

Racist, belligerent, and thieves. Had several account with PNC and opened first account almost 10 years ago. I entered the bank waited in line and the teller told me they could not help me or service me and to leave the bank. I did not say much and I was not rude. The young woman took delight in kicking me out of the bank. She nearly threatened me with calling the police on people of color. PNC has called the police and people of color were arrested in DE for not leaving the bank and demanding service. Rehoboth Beach has low income communities and this is racial discrimination. PNC Executive and District and Regional Managers are aware of their racist policies and employee actions. Not surprised of a Multi State Class Action Lawsuit has not been started alread. Let this not be necessary.

This used to be a good location about a year ago. Now ATM is dirty, saw splashes of some fluids. Run a vacuum near it once - see what happens. Inside is not much better - no deposit slips, no pens, nothing. But we do have a security guard there for no reason. It’s the only bank in the area that has one. Well PNC, keep it up, a Chase location opens nearby soon.

I was told I need an appointment to open a checking and savings account. When I asked the manager why, I was told because he needed "coverage". At the time I was the only customer in the bank, and in addition to the general manager, there were two other assistants in private offices with no customers (one actually strolled over to casually chat with the other one while I was there) I told the manager I wanted to open the accounts for the purpose of transferring my banking from Citizens to PNC. Unbelievable!

I come here every night after work to deposit the cash I earn and not once has the cash option worked on the drive up atm. It's absolutely infuriating and makes me want to choose a different bank to bank with

WOW. The literal most insensitive individuals I've dealt with in a bank. After there ATM are my paycheck, and waiting for over twenty minutes for ANY information, I was informed they would not call a tech to come retrieve the check for over a day. I have seven hundred dollars held up in there box.. and not one of them even apologized for the inconvenience that is absolutely there responsibility! Goodness, never even use the drive thru.

The WORST customer service. 1200 cash deposit didn't go in my CHILDS account who's now in Flordia being HUNG UP on because she was upset and "yelling" What are they giving out worst bank in the world awards this year at the FDIC?

This PNC Bank is far the Best bank, I have ever dealt with. The staff are great and extremely courtesy to all customers. I live in Lewes but chose this Branch in Rehoboth Beach for all my banking issues. What makes this Bank is the Manager Jason Joseph. He is willing to help me with my banking needs all the time. Try banking at this Branch and be Happy. AJM

Worst customer service. Completely rude. When Brian the manager came to speak to us, the teller had already told him our issue, and he spent about 10 seconds telling us no, didn't ask us any questions, and turned around and left. We'll be leaving PNC.

We'll be leaving PNC. You can't treat people like this an expect to keep them as customers. When we said we'll find a new bank he said fine. He honestly didn't care. You're just a insignificant number here.
