My husband and I love Puma, although, this visit we didn't find much that appealed to us. Usually, we find great products at a great price. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We'll always be back!

Great experience. The people working there were very friendly and Heather was helpful in sizing. Of note - the exact same shoe was almost double the price two doors down at Rack Room.

My experience here at PUMA has been more than less like a chick-fil-a experience. From the minute we walked in the door Bo helped us every single step of the way for every item. They really don't know what we have been through our time here in Rehoboth; but the care Bo gave actually us turned the whole day around for my family. We looked EVERYWHERE for soccer cleats in the Tanger outlet area before going to adidas. Every single store looked at us like we were crazy when asking for help. One store even lied to us saying they didn't have any soccer cleats, I guess they were being lazy because I ended up finding a pair for double the price I paid for my entire purchase at PUMA. I was going to buy the pair before the manager rolled her eyes at me. I'm glad a bad experience led me to Bo. We ended up buying everything we needed AND more!! Thank you so much Bo!! <3 my son loves all his soccer gear!

I went back to exchange shoes. I paid full price but when I went in they were extremely discounted. Everyone was pleasant except the person that took care of me. She said we will do an even exchange. I did it but then realized that I was being cheated. I went right back in and was treated extremely disrespectful. When I explained that since they were extremely discounted now I thought an even exchange wasn't the right way it should have been handled. The person I was talking too seemed like she was going to work with me but the person that originally worked on me came up and said what's wrong I worked with you and I said I didn't think and even exchangers right and I wasn't given any other options by you. She said well you agreed to it so that's that. I was really dumbfounded by the treatment I was getting.I am in this store all the time and I normally buy 2 to 3 pairs each time. I will never buy from the store again.

Good variety of Puma merchandise offered at a lower price. This outlet is located in the Tanger Outlets mall in Rehoboth Beach. The store is set up nice, with shoes and apparel. The employees were nice and helpful. Depending on when you go there, be prepared for a lot of customers in there.

Pro tip: Keep your box (and if they offer to take it at checkout, make sure you won’t need to return them!) or you will end up being treated like a child when you try to return your shoes.

This sports retail outlet (PUMA) is amazing! Located in Sussex County of Rehoboth Beach Delaware, it is pretty large. Everything in the store is on sale!!! Staff was super casual and friendly!!! I had a ball looking around and finally found these cute rose colored sneakers; just what I had been looking for! It’s a wrap! I purchased them!!! My shoes were originally $70 but I got them on sale for $29.98!!!! Yes! Yes! Yes!
