The entire staff at Staples Rehoboth Beach is just awesone. I have yet meet a member that was not helpful, whether I am making copies or looking for a product. David the main cashier is alway pleasent and keeps the line moving!!

Took my niece shopping for back-to-school items. Got the list from the school, went to the area of the supplies, grabbed all the supplies on the list, and saved lots during their back-to-school promo weekend!
Can always find what I need, and the selection is incredible!

I was in your store today and a young man named Erik noticed me and asked if he could help me, he directed me right to it, saving me time. He was helpful and friendly. I was on my way to a Dr.'s appointment and you may have noticed the traffic on Rt.1 today! I also had a friendly cashier, a tall, mature gentleman! Great job

I had some urgent needs with my MacBook Air to be connected to a remote monitor. The staff worked with me to select and set up the monitor. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It was a good experience - SERVICE!

I am a customer of Staples near Rehoboth Delaware. I recently bought some items there for my new printer, which I also bought at Staples. The store had reorganized their floor plan and when I asked for assistance, an associate stopped what he was doing and took me to the area I needed to go. He also confirmed the printer ink I needed to buy. Everyone was courteous and check out was easy and quick. What else could you ask for?

Praise for Outstanding Service from Derek at Staples, Rehoboth, DE**
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Staples store located on Highway #1 in Rehoboth, Delaware, and I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee, Derek.
During my visit, I utilized the Amazon return process, which can sometimes be tedious. However, Derek made the entire experience seamless and straightforward. From the moment I approached him, his professionalism and efficiency shone through. He handled my return with remarkable speed and accuracy, ensuring that I didn’t have to wait long and that everything was taken care of perfectly.
What truly stood out was Derek’s positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. He was not only knowledgeable about the process but also genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I have been going to this staples for past few years and everyone are so friendly & Nice until this evening 5/27/25 @ 7:30PM. I was returning few Amazon stuff and the Tall older guy that was working behind UPS/Amazon Dropoff had no business working behind the counter. Rude, unprofessional and refuse to put the recycle brown box & plastic in the bin behind him and he throw them all at me while I was walking away. And before all that he had to call the manager because he did something wrong and his computer got locked up and didn't know what to do. Please try to do better job next time training your staff before they work behind the counter.

Excellent service and product selection. Much better than shopping online and hoping you get what you need. Staff is excellent, store clean and well stocked. I’ll be back!
