The employee at the Print/Pack area of the store is amazing. He flawlessly handled a line of customers who were returning Amazon items, purchasing shipping and he manned the phones in an effortless manner. He was working solo and had to balqnce everything that came his way. He did so with a smile, pleasant attitude and didn’t make anyone feel rushed.

Staples is not set up well for amazon returns. It is understaffedand sevice slowThe store itself is not clean. Floors dirty and littered.Staff indifferent.

I mostly visit for Amazon returns. The staff at that counter do try to get you out fast, good job to them! They do have all the normal office, and school supplies. The selection of paper reams is small, the art supplies are plentiful.

Went in here needed to make copies the gentleman that helped me walked me through everything that I needed to do showed me how to scan my phone and do a pdf file he was very nice I will be coming back here next time

I honestly wouldn't even give it that my boyfriend went in for an insta order and the cashier who said he was the manager was terrible he needed 3 of the ice breakers where he only gave 1 and didn't even ring it up never asked if we needed a bag and blamed it on him said he should have mentioned it it wasn't their responsibility..then said the ice breaker he never rang up had we not noticed the mistake he continued to say would have been our fault was gonna do a huge buisness order thru staples but after this experience will go somewhere else

I am working with Darren now on a booklet/brochure for our non-profit organization. Darren is fantastic to work with and does his job incredibly well ... but the team is ridiculously busy, it appears with Amazon returns. Instead of having more time to assist customers with print jobs they are instead doing the returns. I wish this Staples had a team devoted to this job so Darren and the rest could do their job more efficiently.

Lack of focus on customer service. I dropped in today to buy something and waited in the check out line for over 15-20 minutes. Only one person working the register and he was helping some who was gave coupon issues. I could hear other employees behind the wall behind the registers laughing and talking the entire time.

Bought a new computer from there, they didn't have it in stock. Guy said it'll be there within 3 to 5 days, it came the next day to my house, thank you.

Overall pretty dreadful. NEVER ask you if you need help and seem put out if you ask for help or have questions about products. Cashiers ok but othwise customer service poor. Blame manager or lack of any type of common courtesy or friendliness they fail to emphasize to employees....

Received an email about a chair sale at Staples the email said in-store or online. Went to the Staples in Rehoboth Beach to TRY to buy an office chair. The chair we wanted was only available already put together they were non-boxed. They would not sell us the assembled chair without us purchasing the protection plan which was almost half the cost of the chair. Had to wait 20 minutes for the store manager to figure out if we could purchase the assembled chair. The management at this store is a joke save yourself the trip buy it on line instead.

Went in for Online pick up. Walked over to the area, no one was there. Someone finally came over and pointed to the 2 cashiers that were already helping someone, and told me they could help. Before I could say anthing he answered a phone, redirected the call and walked way. He came back out a minute or so later, I'm still waiting! He lowered his head and walked off! I was to grab Wite out, it was paid for ! The only reason why I gave 2 stars was for the cashiers that helped me, she as great! Otherwise worst customer service around I am former manager, heads would roll!
