If I could give less than one star I would. AND, I agree with the other reviewers positive comments around the cleanliness of this climate-controlled facility with cart and elevator availability. However, the office staff was less than helpful when both family members who were using the storage unit unexpectedly passed away. Read your contract carefully and keep it, as Storage Solutions will not issue copies, may point hastily at language within it, and condescend even when you are at your lowest times. The office personnel continued to site “the owners†of the facility as some gods of governance, and refused to give any details of the contract despite the facility charging a credit card for an entire year of rent. Human decency should be enough to dictate a clause of exception for something as unfortunate as death and circumstances left out of the control of those left behind. And, certainly there should be more training for front office staff in customer service. Most frustrating and unfortunate, for certain. You can find all of the same amenities Storage Solutions has to offer elsewhere, AND still be treated with more empathetic grace.
