Manager not helpful AND SO FAR DISTRICT MANAGER NOT HELPFUL. Not connected with customer and condescending. When purchasing at store using debit with my pin on Thursday 08/29/24 for $76.49 buyer beware BUYER BEWARE. .. Charged card for purchase using debit with pin on Thursday 08/29/24 turn around look at bank account an a separate hold for $76.49 PLACED ON ACCOUNT and now it's 09/04/24 an still money is pending to be placed back in account. Beware this company tales your money and then places a hold on separately taking days upon days to come back into account. No one at The North Face has been helpful with this awful matter of my money just sitting missing for days. Upset customer will tell anyone and everyone I know to watch your purchases with The North face they may leave you high and dry!

The gentlemen doing customer service are the rudest of all. They are confrontational. Only the guy in the back ( from Pennsylvania) is super nice and friendly and goes the extra mile to help out. The african American man and the guy at the cash register are super grumpy and they act like they hate their jobs

The people work here are not happy. I like the brand just do not like the sales in this location. It’s a busy store for sure but not welcoming. Maybe they don’t want anymore business, so they don’t care about customers. Overall not a good experience. The attitude pushes me shopping at other outlet stores.

The associates should seek other jobs if unhappy with the place. You have no right to ruin my shopping experience by closing up the store fitting rooms 40 mins before the closing time. Also no help whatsoever. Lack of discipline by management and lack of work ethics by these people “working” in there.
