people working there are just standing and chatting with each other. There was no-one you can ask for help. No greeting , not welcoming store and very untidy place.

Great customer service. Specifically CJ, he was wonderfully helpful. Despite being incredibly busy the day before Christmas Eve and a run on the store with an enormous sale, he went hunting in the back to find things for me. He took time helping me in the store. He was patient and friendly despite the craziness. So was every other store staff we encountered (apologies that we do not know everyone’s name!) and our wonderful person at checkout - he was wearing a Mickey Mouse x Vans sweater and very patient and friendly. Let’s of course mention the great product, organized store, well staffed.

Came here around Labor Day weekend when everything was 70% off. I didn't take pictures inside it because they were all the wall people. I didn't want anyone thinking something funny was going on lol What I was most impressed by was no matter how long the line got and never felt like you were waiting for too long. Plus there's nothing like being in line with people and giving tips and tricks on how to get even more discounts to other places. Even with all the craziness in the store, I was able to purchase two outdoor jackets for a pretty darn good price.
