Listed our Mother’s home with Linda and Bridget following her passing. They very quickly embraced us with compassion, as this was emotionally difficult for us. The photos Bridget took to accompany the listing were of excellent quality highlighting the pride that our Mother placed on her home. We received an offer immediately after the initial showing and were able to close within six weeks of the offer. Linda kept us updated on scheduling the closing, which occurred during the COVID-19 quarantine. We were very happy with the care and concern Sea Bova provided during this process. Valarie and Julie.

Sea Bova Real Estate is not only a professional real estate agency, but is professional in every sense of the word. Linda Bova sold me my home in 2017 and is currently assisting me in my new purchase. I have read the earlier review and all I can say is there is always the possibility of miscommunication when it comes to appointments, but when it comes to dogs, you my dear have the wrong agent to criticize. Linda Bova would NEVER jeopardize an animal's safety. I have had dogs for over 30 years and even trained dogs for obedience and service. Big deal your dogs bark - so she was not afraid, obviously your dogs did not get out because Linda is quite capable in handling dogs. Get over it - it has nothing to do with her skills as an agent trying to sell your home. She knows the market the area and sells homes. What more is she is ETHICAL, KIND and TRUSTWORTHY (and an animal lover, for what its worth). In these days, that is a hard combination to find in a professional. Sea Bova has a fabulous reputation that has been honestly earned.

The company is terrible run the other way there are far to many qualified realtors in Sussex county. The agent came to my house hours early she let her self in even though my dogs were going crazy barking. She risked having my dogs run out my question is why risk someones dogs getting loose to show a house.

Sheri Bigelow has been outstanding. We called her based on a for sale sign in Rehoboth Bay and it is the best call we could have made. She has been with us every step of the way, explaining and keeping us apprised of everything as it occurs.
