Stuff behave is rude ! They don’t say price & they don’t want to show products!a short person it was 28 Feb around 2pm ! There were two sales associates! They both were rude ! One was not talking nicely & other one was not ready to check price and size !!!! Horrible ! I have been shopping from Tory in every other mall ! Never faced this horrible customer service !!

After the horrible experience I had today, I never plan on going to this store again. The short Asian manager there didn't even know how to talk to customers, she was acting very aggressive and didn't know what she was doing. Long story short, as a local, I never plan on going to this store again.

What I thought was a great deal turned out to be a bust. I bought a pair of sandals on final clearance for $140. They fit well and were stylish. But when I got them home and actually went to wear them I realized they used some padding in the shoe that sounds like I am walking on potato chips with every step I take. Just awful. It's embarrassing and because they were final clearance, no returns. I think it is terrible they even would sell defective shoes like that. Outlet or no outlet. I will never shop Tory Burch again I am so disgusted.
Make sure to "listen" to your shoes before buying them.
