Sarah was amazing! She helped replace my husband's phone after it was run over by a car and made the whole process easy and stress free. She was patient, answered all our questions, and worked hard to get us the best deal. She even installed the screen protector and showed us a variety of case options, no pressure, just great service. Highly recommend!
I recently went back to Verizon with another issue. It was late on Saturday evening, and Mike was the only representative available. He was working with three customers at once when I walked in. He instantly greeted me and worked me into his workflow. He resolved my issue quickly. Mike was professional and competent. Again, I would highly recommend Verizon in Rehoboth Beach.

Victoria at Verizon was efficient and very helpful. My phone stopped working on me out of nowhere and I came into Victoria and she walked me through the best options on replacing my phone. I understood all the options fully and she constantly checked in to make sure I understood.
