Love this store! Yes I know pricey. But they are good shoes! The customer service there cannot be beat! If they don't have the shoe in stock, they will make sure it will be delivered to the store. Rec'd several calls providing me with the status. They do offer coupons, I wish these included. products I want to purchase.

My wife and I have been in here before and the staff has always been very helpful. We stopped in this past Friday. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like going someplace where there is someone who will assist you with your shoes as opposed to those "off price" stores.

So much more than a shoe store as they carry a varied selection of of outdoor clothes by higher end, more expensive companies like North Face and Patagonia. Shoe brands are also higher end, quality shoes. We have had several good shopping experiences which included good customer service.

The staff is clearly knowledgeable and wants to sell you the proper shoe, not just any shoe. Pricing appears reasonable. My only complaint is that the salesperson made a comment about my “icky Nikes” when I was getting ready to try on a pair of Brooks. Really? Was that necessary?

This is no ordinary shoe store! They have the best brands at affordable prices and rewards to make the next purchase even more affordable. Brooks shoes have healed my feet and I can walk for miles without getting tired feet.

Went in to look for running shoes, wound up with a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 and an education. Nicole is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. We started with a workup on my feet and proper sizing. It's a total different experience than going into an outlet, or buying shoes online. First rate products, and great service, why go anywhere else!

I have super hard to fit feet,narrow and flat footed with plantar fasciitis. Oh, and did I mention a bunion on my left foot? Not only does Vernon Powell have a huge collection of sandals and shoes that are pretty fashionable that offer the accommodations my crazy feet need, but the sales help are very knowledgeable and make shoe shopping an informed and pleasurable experience. I believe their prices are in line with the high end brands they sell.

I’ve worked for Vernon Powell shoes for 4 years now . It is honestly the best place I’ve ever worked at. The management is great and the owners are honestly the absolute greatest . Love that it’s family oriented. If you’re looking for good quality product then Vernon Powell is definitely the place to go . If you’re looking for a good work atmosphere. Then I would definitely say Vernon Powell shoes is the best fit for you .

Incredibly rude staff! I went in to purchase a new pair of Hoka running shoes. I come in, takes 20 minutes for someone to assist me. This sale man comes up to me and was completely uninterested and condescending towards helping me find a pair of shoes. Brings out a pair that have a thicker sole, says” looks like you could use a few inches”. Seriously? Not professional at all. Whoever that salesperson needs a lesson on how to treat not only customers but talk politely towards people.

Shoes are super comfortable and the young girl who waited on me today was FANTASTIC and was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this location.
