Great outlet experience! Sales person was extremely helpful in finding my size and when not available offered to order it at the 50% off price and ship it to my home address! Best of all they were dog friendly and allowed my pup in the store.

There XL tee shirts for women do not fit me and I am a true XL. The shirts are too small. No choice of baseball caps and the staff could not assist because they were too busy talking to each other.

We have been to this outlet multiple times over the years. The staff at this specific location has always been stuck up and tends to not want to help. Yesterday we went in and there were tons of people and the sales were not very good either. This outlet can be hit or miss with the clothing supply as well as customer service.

I have shipped here for years and I don’t know what has happened to the atmosphere here now. I noticed the store manager Wendy was not professional with employees and customers I was offended by some of the comments I and my young daughter over heard

Clean store, nice displays, ok selection on sale. The whole store was “on sale” but there seemed to be more mens 50%. Bought a large kids shirt for 1/2 price ($20) with the child present. Staff were nice. Seemed kid friendly.
