Had appointment. 15 minutes later still no shot. Asked the desk. She said someone will be with you. Did not know she was doing NOTHING instead of the shots. OMG why can't anyone just do their jobs.

Retail pharmacy is super crazy right now and I know from years of behind-the-counter personal experience. I have to say that this rx department is kind, professional, and reliable. Thank you, pharmacy staff! This isn't easily achieved nowadays with the pressure you're under. Thanks for all that you do.

After being told my prescription would be ready in an hour. I went to pick it up. Once I got there, they said it will be ready in an hour and a half so I wasted time around town and came back. And then they told me it would be ready in another hour. So now I am waiting in my car for the hour to get my prescription finally, hopefully!
Also, the two times that I was in there the employees behind the pharmacy counter were talking Negatively about a customer. I could hear everything. And when I told her that I had already been there and came back at the time they said I said I’ll just wait in my car, she just said OK. I walked away for a brief moment, then turned around to see if she has the correct insurance information so I can just go through the drive-through. When I walked back to the counter I heard her saying my last name to the pharmacist and looked at me like I caught her saying something. Looks like some maturity issues at this location.

I've only had good experiences here with mainly the pharmacy because that's who I primarily deal with in this Walgreens. The techs are amazing! And so is the pharmacist Sajjad. I just got off the phone with him and he gave me so much information on my medications and that was really cool. I've never had another Pharmacy do this.

The other night had to run to Walgreens to get a few things and the cashier Haylie was so nice and helpful! She went above and beyond to help me out!

On Friday I came to the store to return a item I purchased online. As I waited in the front where there was no employee around, finally an older man (wanted to say gentleman but he wasn't) finally showed up. I explained what happened, had the order on my phone and he said "we do not exchange or refund any orders made online" . I couldn't understand so I asked him again why is that and he said something with the system. Either way I did not appreciate his attitude towards me. It was rude and dismissive. I left because I do not have time to deal with rude management. I immediately called the 1800 number and complained. I just went on the website and confirmed what I was told on the phone "What is the Walgreens.com return policy?Eligible items purchased at Walgreens or on Walgreens.com may be returned or exchanged at any Walgreens store within 30 days of purchase date and must be accompanied by the original receipt or Order number. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed on all Walgreens brand products! If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused portion to a local Walgreens or Duane Reade store and we will refund the full price including shipping."Do your job if not find a job that does not deal with customers. Everyone has a bad day, but being disrespectful is never ok.

Buyer beware. I was dispensed expired medication. When talking to Liz the pharmacist her only reply is that the pharmaceutical company extended the expiration date. Really? When I asked her if she would take expired medication or give it to her child..... crickets. So a national pharmacy chain can't or won't do anything to give medication that isn't expired. AND they offer a reward card. Not once has the pharmacy asked me for my card. Amazing other stores that offer a reward card cashiers know to ask for it as soon as you step up to the register. I'm just thankful they aren't the only game in town. My recovery is in jeopardy as I'm leery to take another dose of the expired medication. Thanks Walgreens for screwing with my health!

I was very sick and to get some medicine for flu , The front desk pretty much not friendly at checkout senior sales not asking am I a Walgreen member just charges full price,! but other people very nice, some angel Costumes help me to got right medicine, Make me feel good,

Service levels continue to drop. They are open 9-6 Monday through Friday so leave work in a hurry to get there before closing. Pharmacy is always understaffed. They are challenged with the basics of how a line works as well.
