The worst pharmacy and personnel. My child had a strep throat and his antibiotic prescription was send to Rehoboth Walmart pharmacy at noon. At 2pm my husband stopped by at the pharmacy and has been told it will be ready in 30 minutes. In 1.5 hours I received the text message that they’re out of that antibiotic. I called the pharmacy, was on the phone twice with them, then called the doctor office and ask to change the prescription for the antibiotic that the pharmacy had in stock. The doctor sent the prescription for antibiotics they had in stock. I came in to pick it up and was told it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes after they told me they are out of that antibiotic. This is the basic medicine that my child needed in a timely manner. They completely failed on the communication, professional and human level. Unbelievable how bad they were!

I have no problems with Walmarts pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous, the hours are wonderful and they are a preferred pharmacy with my insurance so the rates are good. Win-win for me.

Went to Walgreens 5 times always out in under 15 minutes. Walgreens closed on weekends so switched to Walmart thinking it would be more “affordable” than Walgreens plus it’s open on weekends. NOPE, got more for my money at Walgreens. Walgreens has much faster service. And on top of all that at Walmart Some of the purchases don’t count towards the out of pocket maximum. Now I have to pay more out of pocket , got service that took 35 minutes I don’t know why, plus paid more for less.

There can be a line of customers to puck up Rxs and yet the three people behind the counter do nothing but walk back and forth and type on the computer. Are they blind? Very frustrating and unprofessional

This pharmacy is very poorly managed! Prescriptions are never ready when promised. If there is a staffing issue, they should hire more people. Probably a management problem. Choose another Medicare Part D plan and save yourself some hassle, regardless of Walmart plan being slightly cheaper. Always a problem when getting prescriptions here!!

Sometimes they get my order right, and other times they don't. It can be very frustrating. Linda was very helpful because she gave me the list of generic medications, saving me money.

I went there at 11:45 to pick up my perspection refill than the lady working there told me it is not ready yet and it will take 15 min so I decided I will wait.I kept waiting for 1 hour and then she told me we are busy it is going to take couple minutes, I was like ok and I kept waiting for 15 min more. Then I got tired I couldn't waste my time anymore .how these went from 15 min to more that an hour. I told her how long it is going to take because I have things to do,she told me about 30 min more. I got so mad I told her why u told me 15 min at first while it is going to take 2 hours. If I knew, I wouldn't wait and waste my time then I left I never come back for that perspection and I will never go there again, so unprofessional. The woman working there was talking to a man about his perspection he is very old and he has a hearing problem so he asked her to repeat what she saying too many times. and she start making fun of him and laughing with her coworker. Seriously? This is how you treat customers? What is this attitude? You need to take "business ethics" class.

If I could give this place a zero in ratings, I would in a heartbeat. I am writing this here so that everyone can know not to go here:On August 13th, 2010, I purchased a "brand new" Wii from this Walmart. I was on vacation during that week, and I live in the Northern Virginia area normally. I purchased the Wii for my boyfriend's birthday, which he opened on the 20th of August. The first thing we noticed when opening the box was the smell of stale smoke on the console and the Wii remote glove. The smell was extremely strong and there was dirt on the remote. Then we noticed that there were no games in sight. The Wii "motion" attachment for the remote was also missing. When we opened up the disc in the console, there was the Wii “Sports†disc, but still no “Sports Resort†in sight. When we loaded the Sports disc, all the information from the previous owner could be seen, where there were vulgarities as names for the Mii characters. I was with my boyfriend's parents, so all this could be seen by everyone, which was very embarrassing. I am particularly glad that there were no children around at the time to see the inappropriate content within the console. Obviously, by then I realized I was gypped into buying a new product when the Wii was obviously very, very used. I was incensed, to say the least. I called the Customer Service at the Rehoboth Beach location and did not get a straight answer from the employees, only feigned sympathy. I then asked to speak to the manager on duty, who I believe was named “Mike.†Mike seemed disinterested in the situation, and aloof in regards to the complaint. “I'm not sure what you should do. I'm new,†he said. “Go to your nearest Walmart and return it.†This answer was sub-par at best, and I responded: “Is this what your store does? It sells very used products under the guise of it being new? There were parts missing and it reeked of smoke!†At this, he stammered and then responded at last, “I am not going to take this, Ma'am,†and then hung up on me! I was appalled and very upset. I have never had someone in Customer Service hang up on me, especially when the situation was so obviously wrong on their part. I have since taken the “new†Wii back to a Walmart location in my area (Fair Oaks, VA), where the manager there (Christine, I believe) apologized on the behalf of the Rehoboth location. I am writing so that this situation does not occur ever again to someone else. I am hoping that severe disciplinary action takes place at the Rehoboth Beach, DE location. There is no excuse for re-packaging a used Wii to an unknowing customer at full price. What happened here is obvious: the employees at the Rehoboth Beach location just wanted to make a quick buck. Please don't ever go here.
