They do not care about customers. This is clear by even their Manager's arrogance and fake niceness as she fawns over high dollar clients at the expense of less well off clientele. This institution is not known for taking a real interest in its clients.

Something needs to be done about the customer service at this WF branch. Every time I am in that branch, there is nobody who can help me. I'm in the branch now for a simple wire transfer and have been waiting over 40 minutes to be helped. The manager just came over to basically say "sorry, not sorry". He was completely rude. After 15+ years with WF I'm ready to switch banks

count your cash when they hand it to you before you leave the teller window. i was shorted twice at this branch by 2 different tellers on 2 different occasions. lucky i caught it both times. one was $50 short and $100 short.

I just went to deposit some excess cash into one of my accounts at the drive-through. Not a lot of cash, no hundred- or fifty-dollar bills, with a completed deposit slip attached to my account (not a generic slip) that has been open for some time and carries a significant balance. After waiting several minutes, the teller announced she needed my driver license to process the deposit. What? Ridiculous. Time to look for a new bank.
