Had an altercation with a night shift manager a few weeks back. I was unable to use self checkout as i was shopping for a customer and my app had prompted to wait for a line to open. when I mentioned this he became irate and told me I would have to wait at least 15 minutes. I waited and as I was waiting went through the necessary steps needed as the time was going to cause a further delay with my delivery. I contacted customer support and the called the store to confirm no lines were open. the manager picked up the phone and screamed loudly across the score then stared at me saying "your boss called don't ever do that again". I didn't ask them to call I was simply making the necessary steps. He then proceeded to scream at me over customers in the store while red in the face. I decided I felt unsafe and ultimately ended up canceling the order and leaving. unbelievable. I am still sickened by the experience.
