I love the clothes at White House Black Market. The Rehoboth Beach ,Delaware store downtown is excellent. Whenever I am at the beach I make it a point to stop at this location because the staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

I walked right in and told a sales associate I needed help. I had a project where I had to find three outfits, an interview outfit, formal wear, and outfits for a "Casual Friday" in the workplace. Mariah, the lovely sales associate helped me so closely by picking out outfits, shoes, and matching jewelry, helped me match things, and gave her honest opinion on my outfit choices. I was there for over two hours and I couldn't have asked for better service. Mariah was so personable, sweet, and stayed attentive the whole time. I love coming here because it's like I have my own personal stylist. The best hands-on customer service I have ever received!

I was on the beach all day, was a bit disheveled and the clerks looked repulsed at my existance in their store---HELLO!! You Work on the boardwalk--uppity snots all five of them, rude!!

My husband purchased an $80 blouse at this store for me, for Mother's Day. After wearing it only once, the threads on the front of the blouse were breaking off and pulling out of the blouse itself. I returned to this store and dealt with a snobby, rude, unprofessional woman who claimed to be the manager. She refused to even look at the problem with the blouse, and dismissed me and my request for a refund because the tags were not still physically attached to the garment! I then looked up their return policy on their website and no where did it state that the tags must still be attached if the item is defective. I then called their corporate number and the representative was shocked that the manager was refusing to help me. I then had to mail the blouse to their corporate office, along with a letter, and I'm now waiting for a response. An $80 blouse should not be falling apart after one wear! Horrible customer service and cheap, over-priced clothing! Will never return there again!
