Worst store ever!!! I have gone to this store more than 4 times over the past 4 months to buy a chain and some diamond earrings. I know exactly what I’ve wanted but each time this store only ever has one sales associate to wait on anyone. Today went in again …. And exactly the same thing happens. I did not wait my turn today as the last time I waited over 30 minutes and then the associate took a long call which after 5 mins I walked out. Today I have a torn ACL and cannot stand another 30 mins. Sad that each time I come to RB I cannot buy something I know exactly what I want and have no associate to help me. This store needs associates and No store …..let alone a Jewelry store ….should ever have one person on the floor….just sayin.

My husband and I stopped by there over the weekend and it was busy and we had to wait. I was looking for a necklace for myself and Elizabeth (who I learned later was the store manager) was very friendly and seemed to know what kind I was looking for. A very short time later I was wearing my new purchase out of the store.
We did some other shopping and discussed another necklace we’d noticed so we returned to the store. Elizabeth was on her lunch break and she came out to help us. Again, she was incredible, so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Zales in Rehoboth Beach and will be back!!!!

I called the Rehobeth store because I was wanting to know if the one in Salisbury was still open though. Jessica answered the phone and said no they had closed at the Covid. So I went on proceeded to tell her why I needed contact Zales because the chain that my husband had bought just broke I’ve had the chain for probably 3 1/2 four years wear it every day love it and I need to get it fixed so I told Jessica that I will be coming to the Rehoboth store so she could help me she looked up the information and seen that George did buy the chain there and she is going to help me get it fixed. She was a pleasure to talk to.
