This is the worst place to go. The people there are rude and don’t take responsibility for their actions. The guy put a crack in my tv and claims he didn’t and the managers are going by what he said. This company is turning into a poor company. The come in your house with no respect for your belongs and don’t care what they damage. Seaford Aarons is the worst.

used to work here, Kris the store manager was the most I know everything head ahh, even her office chair couldn't stand her, fr she buns, BUT my dude Ty is the GOAT. He will sell you whatever you need, and put a smile on your face while doing it.

Today was the worst I called to make a payment I told them that I was only making a Partial payment . The lady kept trying to get me to pay more I told her I don't have it. She was taking my payments and then I heard her say you going to have to be mad at me I toke the whole payments. I told her I don't have that amount to pay right now. She would not let me talk to the manager. She told me she could a refund but they to take a 100 dollars out my out to me a refund. I told have 100 dollars and my account. She said we'll it's nothing I can do for and my manager can't help. So I called back later and she told to call back in ten minutes and the manager will be here for you to talk to. I called back and she tell me the manager can not help. I called corporate they told me that they could have refund me and I would get my money back today. The email the manager and now it's a waiting game. If she doesn't apply I could be waiting a week for my money. I promise I will never deal with them. I even called another arrons and they was upset. They would of did all they to help me. Am going to change stores to finish paying off my things. Am really upset. We're I had to get because all she kept saying is I can't help and my manager told me it's nothing we can do.

We have been customers of Aaron's in Seaford for awhile now. We wanted to switch out furniture. Kaye at the store helped with the process of ordering new furniture.We had the privilege today of meeting Trey and Jerry. They were great. Great sense of humor, yet totally professional and courteous while removing couch.We have an extremely small home. They didn't get frustrated nor complain. It's obvious they enjoy their jobs.We felt bad because we had to remove two doors and a freezer to get furniture out. Said doors were in front of our fridge. Preventing us from being able to provide them with a couple sodas due to the heat.We have nothing but good things to say about the employees at this location.We dealt with Milford since 2012, until their customer service skills went downhill with Bernice as manager there.We will only take our business to the Seaford location now.Thank you Trey and Jerry. You helped make a complicated situation fun to get through.

Ordering was really easy. Having a hiccup with actual delivery. Things happen. Supposed to be delivered today. We will see.With that aside, an employee named Tara has been great. Her customer service skills are Immaculate. She's very humble and kind.

Terrible customer service. Lady raised her voice and yelled at me as I was asking questions. Manager was not helpful and tried to talk me out of calling the corporate office. Saying they won't do anything but tell me so it's a waste of time to call and report her. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend at all!!

Terrible place to buy anything purchased a recliner that would not retract. Their response nothing wrong with it ! Very poor customer service they will take your money! Take my advice they do not care about anything but their jobs no integrity with this company!
