Overall usually have no issues with the seaford location but I tried calling them tonight I was put on hold which is not a problem I stayed on for about 20-30 min when I finally heard someone come back on the phone and not say anything before they hung up. So I called back 2 more times and someone answered both times but didn’t say anything and hung up on me.

Seaford DE location. Called to inquire about a part and was told they closed in 15 min. So I told them I live right around the corner so I was coming. Got there with 6 mins to spare. As I got out my car the cashier ran over locked the door and ran away. Then the other employee came to the door and said well we’ve closed our registers sorry.Ridiculous. Why set a closing time when really you’re going to stop business beforehand.Advanced just acquired a new customer because this experience caused autozone to lose my business.

First when I walked in I looked around for a little. Then clear as day and quiet loudly, manager Ray started telling his female associates how he HAS to drink to the point of black out drunk every night just to not hang himself because of customers. When he saw me almost immediately after he acted like he didn’t know I was there. I asked for help finding a bulb. I asked if they price match with advanced auto since the prices are much cheaper there. The girl got manager Ray and they both started laughing, trying to hide their smiles and Ray was rolling his eyes making inappropriate gestures. I said nevermind and put it back. Snarky Ray say “ oh what’s wrong you don’t want it” I said no because I don’t know what’s so funny. This store is disgusting. The employees are rude and don’t know much. The manager is even worse. He was making comments on the female associates bodies to the young man. I’ll never be back. This place is gross. And I’ll be in touch with the district manager.

i use my cell phone for directions, but it died out and i got lost. i went into auto zone for new cable. when i walked in i met Cody. he was such a great help, i was upset because i was lost & didnt know how to go. he helped me getting the cable, put it in my car, i couldnt leave my car running so he took it inside while i walked my dog around the shopping center, he charged it inside till i walked back in. he was very helpful. i got home safe thanks to Codys help

I went there to get my alternator check they told me they don't do that. Before I asked that I was in the store only one to the counter and the workers started a conversation among themselves and simply act like I wasn't there I bought wipers they gave me the wrong ones they also said they don't put them on. All this happened in one day. Reading yall reviews I understand why I no longer shop there I get services at advance

Went to have check done. Battery died. When asked about battery price $80. When in and gave make and model, it jumped to $180.

I visited the Seaford store yesterday. After my visit I reviewed the reviews and the common theme was the rudeness, and disrespect of the staff. And by reading the reviews, over several months nothing has been done. No changes has been made. As much as I appreciate the service Most Auto zones provide. I will not return to this store. I was even charged for something I did not ask for or need.

I am trying to get an alternator for my 1975 mgb but each time I get one the plug is wrong. It's no fault of the ppl working there and they have been very nice, but it's frustrating.

The employee's are very helpful and know their stuff. Prices are a little high but you get what you need.
