One of the most disrespectful bank I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a business account look elsewhere. I have 3 banks and bank his bank does not treat business accounts the same. We are cash cows.

5 customers were waiting in line for the 1 window that was open. Finally a manager went down the line asking what each person was there for......it would have been more advantageous to open another window to more quickly take care of customer needs.

Allowed another person access to account information and bank funds transferred to another account the person opened online. Unable to say how person could know unwritten password answers, and changed all personal information such as phone number, email, mailing address etc. Fraud alert warning answered but didn’t stop transactions from happening.

I have a business card and the customer service is terrible, the web site access is spotty, and international travel is a nightmare. I recommend finding another bank for a business card
