I believe they have excellent customer service ! However i strongly dislike how much they rush full evaluations on vehicles before giving them to the next person. I was giving a one of the lastest Toyota Camry’s to rent , it was really nice looking but it needed to be serviced. I had to also balance out the air in the tires because they were way off & i could feel it as i was driving. When i told the employee about my situation they said they could get me switched into another vehicle, which is nice but he also said they sometimes forgot to service the vehicles . The service light came on a few days into me driving the vehicle. That made me very uncomfortable, due to me not knowing the vehicle that well . As i went back to them to switch , they put me in a much older car which i didn’t mind the year . I just didn’t like how it wasn’t properly cleaned. When i left with it , as i was driving the bumper slid down & separated on both sides. I was right up the street from Enterprise so i just went back & let them know what happened. They seemed to be too reserved about the issue. The guy pushed the bumper together & thought i would just say , “okay , i’ll go now” . No i told him i am not feeling safe & secure with this . So i let them know that i will wait for something safe & secure. I waited over 5 hours & in the mean time they tried to put me in another car that wasn’t properly cleaned inside & out . I was willing to get back in the car i originally had, so i told him. He tells me that the car needed an oil change. So i’m thinking it wouldn’t be too long , but it wasn’t until almost closing time . I walked inside the building from sitting outside & being so patient. (( i was considering how busy they can be )) I asked have they heard anything else , only to find out that the Toyota Camry needed tires along with the oil change. The tires would have to be ordered, which means the car wouldn’t be ready for me that day . I then asked what can they do because i needed to get home . i ended up in a Challanger , it was a lot , considering the fact that i’m not into huge vehicles with a lot of specs. I accepted it and just prayed to get my car from the repair shop soon. I appreciate how convenient they made the pick up & drop off for me during this time. They just have to take more consideration into making sure these vehicles are properly evaluated with no rush & cleaned up better .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I made a reservation a week before the pick up day. I received a call to confirm my reservation and was offered a different vehicle than the one I had called for. I explicitly said I didn’t wanted that vehicle and to please keep the one I originally called for. Few days when by and a day before the pickup day I called myself to make sure they had my vehicle. The lady on the phone asure me I was all set up. OH SURPRISE the day of they didn’t only not had my vehicle but didn’t had ANY vehicles on their lot. I asked the lady to please call other locations as our trip was the next day. She continued saying that they didn’t had anything available for us. I don’t understand how they make a reservation when they don’t even have cars on their lot.

To much negative to say . So I'll stick to the good . Price is reasonable . I've rented over 15 times from Seaford . I prefer Salisbury staff is way better . Go to Salisbury

Rental was very easy and employees were friendly and helpful. Our rental was very plain with no “bells or whistles”, would have appreciated something more. Also windshield wipers could have been replaced.

This place is a joke! They let you make reservations and then they call and cancel! Why would they allow you to make the reservation and then 2 minutes after they call and tell you they can’t honor the reservation!?!? And whoever the girl is that works at the front desk is very rude and just not a nice person she shouldn’t work in customer service cause she sure doesn’t know how to treat people!

This place was the best car rental experience I've ever had and I was a business traveler for 40 years. The service was unbelievable customer service seems to be one of the strengths if I ever am back in this area and I need a car this is where I'm coming

I just love the was I was treated when I went in the door they treated me as I was family and I'm happy with the vehicle that they provided for me it was not a recycled tin can.. thank God
