There is a man there that needs to be retrained I have been there three times and could not use my card to get rewards he just sits there when you tell him you want to use your card he says he can't take it because he does not know how to use it and won't let you try what is the purpose of a reward card if you can not use it in cane in at 915 the other week and he had his head down probably sleep I stood in front of him at least 5 minutes or more had to clear my throat that's begging someone to rob or steal have been coming to this Exxon in Seaford for years with no problem this needs to be checked into

I love my Exxon gas stations that I use.Thats the only gas that I use in my vehicles.They always run good off it.Exxon card is a plus with points and discount on gas.

Employees will shut the store down and lock the doors whenever they want too. Tried to go in and they had someone blaring music in the parking lot. Locked the doors with them inside with them so they could continue their conversation. Honestly doesn’t shock me how little people care.

Ok so here we go again, I have a problem when I'm at a store, I go to the counter( to purchase some gas) the worker is on their phone( as if I'm not just standing there) why are you on your phone and you have customers, not only that, you are at a place of business. Then when I say "can I get..." You have the audacity to have a attitude, I mean honestly, some where along the way someone has failed you, no one taught you how to work in customer service, or be professional at a place of business, now I don't think she should be fired( although this has happened several times), but Exxon should definitely redo training and orientation with her. Also I assume she's young, correction and taking accountability for your actions needs to happen more often, if not we are all doomed. Of course this is the one in Seaford.
