Stars are related to organization of store, discounts variety of items never over crowded decent tools middle of the road type stuff. However bought 3 ton floor jack excellent quality for sale price 89.00 regular price 129.00 many good sales right in store and easily found marked well. Returns are easy also.

Occasionally, I shop at Harbor Freight due to cheaper priced tools and friendly staff. There appears to be a pattern following my purchase. Soon afterwards I begin receiving numerous electronic mail junk for weeks. It is so annoying and dangerous. I don't know if the junk mail is coinsidential or if another explanation. But I will refuse to provide my phone number during any future purchase. Perhaps this approach will reveal any connection or culprit. Hope the 3 star rating will catch some attention; thus, identifying others with similar issues.
Otherwise, I would rate Harbor Freight 5 stars.
