To whom it may concern. I bought a GMC Yucon from seaford dealership. The salesman swore I was getting the deal of the week. We'll I drove it to a place we're I knew the mechanic and he showed me that all 4 shocks was busted and had been busted for a while. The blow back was an inch thick. The salesman said they did a so many points inspection and the truck was road ready. They promised to clean and detail it because it smelled of smoke and the front bumper still sticks out a little because they decided not to fix it even tho the salesman said they would. I or any of my friends will never buy from seaford dealership.

Great experience. Our salesman Tom Disharoon was not pushy and very accommodating to our requirements. He stayed the course through our search when other dealers either lost interest and patience or inundated us with inventory that was not conducive to our original specifications. It was pleasant experience all the way around, from the search to the purchase.

I had my buick 2017 enclave serviced for a recall issue and this place was outstanding. Thru scheduling with Jeff and the service performed with Shane and his staff was great. I had an appointment at 1 pm arriving at 12;30 and was out by 1 with recall completed. I recommend this dealership service department for anyone

We were highly satisifed with the service we received. The specific vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but the General Manager made sure to locate one and it was there within a few days. I purchased a Buick Encore GX Avenir yesterday July 14th with the awesome assistance of Brendan Tymon. He is low key, NO pressure, and patient to the nth degree with a customer, any customer. Brendan is professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated. He can answer any question, or get the answer. He truly is a pleasure to work with. Gerald, the Sales Manager, who approved my negotiated price request, is terrific. And Johnny, the General Manager, whom I talked with several times, is everything Brendan is. Hats off to Devin also for his guidance and discount for an extended Warranty. This was the best, and easiest, vehicle purchase I ever made. And I was not even in the market to buy a vehicle … just looking right?! Actually, I saw one like the one I purchased Monday on a previous Friday in the Walmart parking lot. I was so impressed, and curious, I looked at and drove one Saturday with Brendan’s help, and came back Monday and bought it. Top of the line Encore, loaded with options, and looks and drives beautifully. And I got a GREAT price! Thank you Gerald! The Hertrich Buick GMC of Seaford is Five Stars in Quality, Product, and Staff. My first Buick Dealership visit and vehicle purchase. Probably not my last God willing. Thanks again Brendan!
