Waste of time! They always miss a lot of details and constantly have to call their supervisors for help since they have no clue how to address even basic questions. Their service varies depending on the person assisting you.
As a recommendation try to get a second opinion before filing your taxes with them.

0 stars if I could. Messed up some very important details that will have to be corrected elsewhere from last year’s return. Extremely unhappy with their failed attempt to eye it and correct it.

Beware. The Seaford, DE H&R office really screwed up my taxes; they made mistakes that cost me money. They did not thoroughly ask questions to understand my income and tax situations. When I caught the mistake after my taxes were submitted to the IRS, they did not want to honor their guarantee and refund to me the money I spent to get the taxes done; I had to fight them (figuratively) to get them to honor their guarantee. They "fixed" my taxes, but they only screwed things up again for me - two months later I got hit with penalties and interest from the IRS! None of this should have happened, if they had only done their job right from the start. I went to H&R because they are supposed to be tax experts. Instead I got screwed up taxes... twice! Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else to get your taxes done.

They really care about the people that come to them and even without knowing the things that they need to know they take the time out to explain everything to you so you're not left in the dark and you understand completely what's going on and where your money is coming from and how much you will be receiving very courteous and friendly I recommend them for my next year and years to come and I suggest others should follow

For the second year in a row (last year being my first time ever to use H&R Block for my tax preparation), my experience with Marion was absolutely outstanding in every way possible. I actually looked forward EAGERLY to working with her again this year, and am excited to already be booked to work with her again NEXT year! I never thought I would actually look FORWARD to having my taxes done, but I DO, and that is absolutely the truth! I HIGHLY recommend H&R Block and I say that with ZERO hesitation!!!
