They are busy but give the time needed with no nonsense. The staff shows above and beyond service. The app check‑in is easy, and the lab staff helps quickly. When you log on to check a bill and the response is "your data is unavailable, please check back later..." what possible good are they ?

Only use Labcorp when I have to. Been to multiple sites over the years and never a good experience. More worried about messing with their phone and blaring music than what they are getting paid to do.

It’s a hit or miss experience. The people working there do a great job. Unfortunately they are sadly understaffed. If they’re not busy, it’s in and out fast. But if they are busy, you could wait for hours, even if you schedule an appointment online. Wake up LabCorp corporate and hire more staff!!!
