Why is it I called 5 times tried 5 depts before I was able to speak to someone who could give me the answer I needed. Unfortunately, to get that answer I needed to speak to another dept.who once again would not answer. Great customer service. Spoke to several employees while I was there for various reasons and all were very friendly and helpful.
