Damaged my wheels and have yet to repair them of offer a solution. It been months and even with me going to the store again I have not heard back from corporate headquarters. The claim was finally accepted and resolves. I tiok the new wheels over to be mounter and told the black gentleman ti put the old wheels back in the box. When t gave me my truck back as i drove away i heard the wheels sliding around in the bed.as he did not box them back up. I had to go back and ask the boxes my new wheels came in. He had put them in the trash and ignored my request to put them in the boxes. Sad as i tipped him for his work thinking he did what i asked. He box was also disappointed.

My tire blew out on the highway,I logged onto Amazon to see how long it would take them to get a tire to me, and Amazon listed Mr. Tire as their trusted installer. I called the store directly, and in less than 24 hours, I was rolling again! Thank you, Mr. Tire!

We had a blowout on our way from Philadelphia to Florida. The good man at Mr. Tire was able to replace the Tire and we were back on the road in 90 minutes.

I had an appointment for new tires to be out on. I showed up and they told me it would take 1 hr. I waited in their waiting room for THREE hours. I even had to call the Tire Service Center (when I was standing at their front desk!!) just to find out an update on my vehicle. Because no one was at the desk. I was told it was taking longer because “they are big tires”!!! Really??!! I have a Santa Fe. Lol!! They did the job and the tires are staying on so I gave them 2 stars.

Lisa gave friendly, courteous service. I’m a customer for life
That was until I returned for a tire repair on my Ford F250 that had a leak. One day later the wheel they worked on came loose and was destroyed. Regardless they refused to pay the full cost of the repair. The issue was caused because they did not follow the proper sequence of wheel bolt tightening.

A Saturday morning blowout and Mr. Tire was available with the right size tire where even the local Nissan dealership didn't have it in stock. In and out quickly, saving our trip to the beach with only a brief delay.

Friday, September 5th. Seaford de.
There were 2 men in the shop. At the counter. An older gentleman and midfle afe gentleman, probably in his 30/40s, They were very helpful, very friendly.Everyone was very fast. They were funny. kind. I'm sorry.I am a horrible customer and forgot their names. Corporate should find out who they are and give them a medal of some sort. They also have got me in there, pretty fast. And nobody else would take at least for a week and a half, 2weeks out for an alignment. But I needed two. Also two front tires put on, with sensors and programmed. They got it all done! Get the corporate!
