I have had nothing but positive experiences at this bank. Always friendly, always courteous, always eager to help. I feel as though each and everyone of those working here care about me, not just as a customer, but also as a member of their community wanting to see us thrive not just survive.

Cara Baker was amazing today 7/13/2022. I live in Delmar, MD but will always drive to this location when I need to take care of things. Wendy Hearn @ Delmar location was rude this morning and my thought was to close out and take all my money from M & T since I didn't have an appt scheduled at Delmar. I did not have an appt scheduled because I did not plan to have my acct to be hacked. Cara was so nice and kind. She is a great asset to that location.

the personal banker working there lied to me and told me that my mom wouldn’t be able to take money out of my account. now I’ve lost $2200 because of that personal banker lying to me. That banker should be fired

The tellers at this bank are courteous, friendly and extremely competent. They are truly efficient and this makes customers quite pleased.
