“My mother purchased a lawn mower from this company. When she purchased it she also ordered the bagger with it. The employee said she could leave it there until it came in and they would install it. well she left it there a month when it finally came in they delivered it with the bagger still in the box.(Update) Spoke with manager and they just had a miscommunication in the store between some employees. They are coming out to install.”

“I like Concord Pets they are more of a older pet store they are Hands-On I go in there from one item and that is live crickets the only problem I have is they put their live crickets in a box and they leave them there you know like you buy a box of large crickets and there's a dozen in there you can't see if some of them are dead so you could might be getting six eight not a whole dozen I just wish they would change that process up because I bought several boxes that had quite a few dead crickets in it and that's a waste of my money other than that they're wonderful”
