Hi there, I just wanted to share some feedback. The service overall was lovely and the staff were kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I did have a few concerns during my visit. While getting my nails done, I pointed out something I wasn’t happy with, but felt like my concerns were dismissed. One of a few of my nails has a noticeable crack where the acrylic wasn’t applied smoothly . it unfortunately looks like it was done by someone still learning.
I was also quoted $70 at the start, but ended up being charged more without a clear explanation, which felt a bit inconsistent. Lastly, my toes didn’t come out as expected , they also look like they were done by someone very new for a total of 112 it was not worth it .

Needed a pedicure yesterday so I called to see if they had availability. They said they were available for me to come in at that time so I did. It was $50 for a pedicure and I tipped 10 without looking closely at them, but I should’ve looked closely because they look terrible.

First time here. Neat ,clean ,professional shop. Everyone was friendly. Pedicure was the best I've had in years. I will be back.

Had a pedicure yesterday with Amy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new salon and tech. She was professional , friendly and did a great job.

We have been coming to this salon for years. Today we tried to walk in for pedicures, knowing our normal girl was on vacation - we were originally told to come back in an hour, and then chased outside and told that because of who our normal person is, they would not service us without her there. I don’t think we will ever return, now!

I was a walk in for a pedicure. No wait. I pick a mom busy time. The guy who did mine was very professional. Very good work. I will be back.

New people and the son can’t mind his business. I was talking to another tech and he had little comments which was not professional and I had to let him know I was not speaking to YOU. I use to highly recommend but will not be going back plus prices have gone up

Lili, the EYELASH lady of the shop is by FAR THE RUDEST & MOST ARROGANT PERSON EVER!!!! She acts like she is doing a favor by being in her presences. Didn't listen to anything I was looking for in terms of how I wanted my lashes to look!!!
If you meet her in 30 seconds you will get this review!!!!

Not a very good experience, poor service, nails had to be redone in under a week. Not smooth on top, gap between polish a bed, nails were filed in corner too much that had infection on two nails. Took a while to heal. Waited 30 minutes as no one wanted to take my daughter and I. For a pedicure, gel polish, paint nails and toenails of 6 year old was charged $115! Will not go back.

I have been going to Pretty Nails for about a year and a half now. I have never had a bad experience. Kimmie is the best, but when I can't get her, I go to one of the others. None of them are bad. By far the best in this area. If you haven't been, try them. I promise you won't be disappointed.
