This store along with basically every other I've been in has horrible customer service.
I'm perfectly fine not shopping here. Because I'm old enough to know adults should know how to behave, but young enough I don't care what their excuses are. Respect and courtesy and kindness all go both ways.
Want to be rude? Ok. Me too. Which is why I'm writing a review. More specifically to Shannon in Seaford. Maybe when all these establishments see that the customer isn't the problem, stuff will change. 🤷♀️
*Edit* I want to add I'm not someone who believes the customer is always right. That's a lie. But I do believe when you work retail some form of customer service needs to apply.

My experience having ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders. The cook was very nice and considerate while the self pay failed to provide a receipt. Out of the 10 tenders 4 were half the size compared to the other 6 tenders. I feel cheated and will not return to any Royal Farms. The 4 under sized tenders were no larger than my index finger. At a cost of $2.39 a piece I feel cheated out of $4.78. It is very disappointing!
I can't help but think similar cheating occurs with all gas purchases or anything else sold by Royal Farms. Shame on Royal Farms as per my thoughts.

They used to have good chicken, but lately they’re very very small, unbelievably small. Today I asked for the dark meat special deal but the legs looked pretty awful with the bone mostly showing and maybe a pinch of meat on the whole leg (they had exactly 5 in the pan) so I asked if I could wait for fresh legs to be cooked and the lady said yes. 30 minutes of waiting still no chicken, and they weren’t busy at all, I was pretty sure it was intentional to make me wait a long time because they don’t like cooking fresh when they have some in the pan already. It takes 10-12 minutes to cook legs. And let me add that while I waited they sold those pitiful legs to someone else who brought them back immediately and complained. I ended up giving up and got my money back. There was no apology to me and all 3 employees just looked at me poker faced. It’s what they wanted apparently. It’s too bad they have gone way south on chicken. I’m done going there for chicken. There’s gotta be better chicken around and I’m on the hunt for a new chicken spot.

I recently went in to the store because I needed some cash from the ATM. I had to get change so I decided to grab something sweet. I chose Mother’s Circus Animals thinking $2.39 wasn’t that bad of a price, but when I got to the register the cashier said $2.89 was my total…. I told her that the price marked only said $2.39. I got no reaction from her at all, NOTHING!! She handed me my change and said have a nice day. Even if she doesn’t have the authority to change the price, she could have said something right?? Instead I was just ignored and dismissed. How rude!! That’s customer service for you nowadays!

Royal farms near downtown Seaford, De. 19973 Convince is exactly right, chicken is available at all hours. Often I may need milk, half and half, or an energy drink, and its within walking distance.

Good gas prices. That was about it. Gas pump to bathroom ratio is horrid, and the sink in men's room was not working so had to use water fountain.
Recommendation- take your business to WaWa

Terrible service!!! Kid making the food and Big guy move slow as they can. Deff milking the clock and making everyone wait till they are ready to get things done.

I was asked to leave by store manager lady. I was accused of asking customers for money. I was so offended after a awful start to a horrible day. I didn't have one word with any persons on that property.. I called later on to apologize for responding

Store employee’s are local in this drug choked town.Train the cops to Clean up the drug crime in Seaford ,and get the business back. They can start with 5th street. Not like it’s a big damn secret.
