I love Tori's nails I've had several not so great experiences with nail salons. But after once allowing them to do my nails give me a pedicure and do my waxing I was hooked for life. I don't go anywhere else and allow them to do anything to me at all if it's not Tori's it's nothing at all. I love the owners they're very friendly and professional.

Called to get a gel full set and a pedicure and was told they were busy and to come at 3, after trying to confirm and ask if I should come after 3 or at 3 the woman responded with "actually you know what I'm booked for the whole day" very unprofessional !

It's a nice environment, but the one nail tech is sloppy & kinda just foes what he wants. & he tends to not pay attention with that damn drill and cut my finger. .

I went to this nail salon, because my normal salon was booked. All I needed was a fill in. Well needless to say I got a fill in and just wanted a French manicure on my nails. Ok. Cool. Got all the way home and really looked at my nails, my nails were a mess, and of course I called them up and said to them that my nails are a mess. And her response was “are you the black girl” ok I was offended by that. So my response was yes I am. So I explained to her about my nails so she says can you come in so I can look at them. So I get there she looks at my nails and says well I can add color to them, what color would you like. By that time I’m already upset and my response was whatever is on the desk. So she takes off the other mess and reprints my nails with Gel polish(which is supposed to last more that 1 week) so now my nails are a total mess. Gel polish peeled right off my thumb, and the polish is chipped and peeling off the next 2 fingers. So needless to say my nails are a mess and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE. I guess you get what you pay for. My nail salon is so much better. I will sit there and wait the next. But best believe Tori’s Nail will be my last resort. Lesson learned. Never again.
