Internet goes out once a week making it impossible for them to take packages. Nothing against the employees but something needs to be done about this. It’s extremely inconvenient for your customers!

Went to Seaford UPS Store this morning to mail a watch for repair, The clerk (Mattie)that waited on me. Was very helpful, when I got home I realized I had not put necessary info with the watch, I called back and spoke with the same clerk that waited on me, I advised her of my problem and she was extremely busy but a few minutes later she helped me again, again she was so nice in helping, UPS has a valuable employee, I highly recommend that store!!

I can start by saying I have never been talked to by an employee from any established like I was today. We came to this store to have paperwork signed and sent overnight. The paperwork was signed and was left to be sent overnight. The person that was to receive the paperwork never received the paperwork and the tracking number stated it was delivered that day we shipped it. I called Seaford UPS Store and spoke with a very helpful gentleman but, he could not answer my questions after providing him with the tracking number. He then had me speak with a woman. I provided her with the tracking number. I explained to her that we were there(at Seaford) to have our paperwork signed and shipped. She then asked if we went the paperwork from Salisbury. I said no we were there yesterday and sent the paper from your store which is why I called you. At this point we both realize the packing slip was an old slip. I asked her who the package would be sent to and she said the person on the slip. I said well it is my address. She said ok then it will be sent your address. She then says no it won’t because I have it right here in my hand. I said it was paid to be sent overnight. She said what time did you come. I said the receipt says 5:45. She said oh well you missed the truck. I said what truck? She said the truck leaves here everyday day at 5:30 and we don’t have control of the trucks or anything they do. I said if an item is paid to be sent overnight, left there with the expectation of the item being sent, don’t you think of it wasn’t going to be sent until the next day you should tell the customer that? She said well if you don’t like how we do things here you can go somewhere else. I told her that I hope she doesn’t treat all her customers that way and she said nope only you. I said ok thank you and hung up. It’s a shame that is how business are run in this world.

I got there a 6:29 pm and had no issues, The little blonde hair girl was so helpful.
Got me in and out quick, just watch your self in the parking lot, people fly through there trying to drop off those packages at 6:33 knowing they close at 6:30 . SMH

It’s 30 minutes to get here. You close at 6:30. If it wasn’t for a stopped bus I would have made it. But I pulled up the door EXACTLY at 6:30 and asked the grumpy faced blond girl to wait just ONE MINUTE. She said “No way!” and locked the door. If that’s how you want to treat your customers, then expect it back. And I promise you, I’m going to give it back to you. It’s not like it’s a hard job.
