Seriously. Just switch to Walmart or Amazon Pharmacy. They are always closed or the system is down. Whoever their manager is needs to be publicly shamed. Bring back tar and feathering!

I was just there this morning picking up a bunch of scrips. Yes, they were busy and yes, they're probably understaffed, but let me say that my experience was quite positive. The folks there were doing their best to get orders out correctly, whilst still taking time to give some individual service and attention. My scrips migrated over from a competitor that unceremoniously closed their doors locally, and I'm certain a large number of others did too. For all the chaos this likely has created, the folks at Walgreen's are handling it well. Cut them a bit of slack folks, they're people too and doing their best. I was treated with courtesy, politeness and respect. Josh in particular is quite the gentleman. Seaford Walgreen's isn't perfect, but they're doing yeoman's work while navigating a mess brought about by another pharmaceutical company.

I want to preface by saying that most of the employees are polite and it’s not their fault that they’re understaffed, but holy crap are they understaffed. Every time I go there to pick up a Rx there’s a 20 min+ long wait both in the store and in the drive through. It’s also 50/50 whether or not the Rx you called in will actually be ready or not when you get there. I went to pick up a single Rx today that I had been notified was ready 2 days ago and when I got there they said they had never received the refill and I had to wait over 30 minutes for a single prescription.

Has been extremely inconsistent . Not filling prescriptions , sending us all over the place , telling us one thing and doing another. I know there’s a high turn over rate and maybe that it but I wouldn’t come here for a prescription . It’s currently taking me three weeks after calling multiple times . Go to another Walgreens if you need a medicine filled .

omg idk if they’re understaffed but it took me so long to pick up my meds. I feel bad for the employees but still I almost waited 30 minutes for 2 medications :(

Friendly service on most cases, drive threw is sooo slow, specially when older people hold up the line or ones that have so many prescriptions that they cant even get them outa the pocket door in the wall..like go inside already.

Worse customer service and pharmacy Techs, manager and pharmacist could care less over 4 months of excuses and not filling my prescription’s in a timely fashion I left them and found Rote-Aid is better. We spend over $5,000 a month there to be treated like garbage.

This place is the worst!!! I had a hospice patient that could not take morphine hospice sent prescription over i was told to come back in a half hour. Lady was in agonizing pain from bone cancer on her death bed and couldnt take morphine.. Went back half an hour later still not filled. Told them it was urgent. I was told it would be filled before the night was over. The night was over!!!! Let me say that again the night was over!!!!!To the punk with the big red loop ear ring in your ear that said this you may be on your death bed one day and i hope you suffer!!

Just moved to the area. Was trying to move my Rx from another Walgreens. Called the store and was repeatedly put on hold. After the 6th time, I gave up. I'm just taking my business elsewhere. Walgreens stores have always had poor service, but this is too much.
