This Walgreens has several signs that says 24 hours. It is closed with people still inside it.

Higher more staff, don’t let people sit at drive thru window for so long should not have to spend 2 hours in line inside and outside….

went to get my prescription filled today, and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, inside was just as busy.went to the window, and the gentleman that was there was very rude about my prescription not being ready, and wouldn’t be ready for another 3 hours. “we’re behind on prescriptions, no you can’t wait”.it was literally an eye drop. that takes 2 seconds to put a label on it. but okay.go to pick up my medication a few hours later, and wait another 45 minutes. this is absolutely ridiculous!

And they don't even deserve 1. There are a couple nice people that work in the pharmacy, but overall it's a generally horrible experience.

Thank goodness they have a small paper sign on the pharmacy sign in the store to let everyone know that EVERY single piece of online info saying they're open till 10pm isn't true before they waste their time coming here. Whoever's in charge hurry up and change it because your employees say it isn't their job.

Last time I went to Walgreens for a prescription, they said it was ready and then when I get there they "lost" the prescription. I need my medications on time otherwise I really suffer. Not to mention the one evening I waited in a line that wrapped all the way down the cosmetics aisle (3 hour wait time) and I didn't have any other option other than to stand and wait. They took away the drive thru option for the folks who can't stand that long and force customers with disabilities to stand and wait while they take upwards of 20 minutes per customer. Unacceptable, it's not on the people who work there, but on corporate for allowing a store that has 20 open positions to still operate knowing they are the busiest pharmacy in Seaford.Move your scripts elsewhere. I've had better luck with Rite Aid though Walgreens just bought them out too so I will be forced to find a local pharmacy that can get my meds when I need them.

Walgreens in Seaford and Bridgeville too, are great! Thier Pharmacist are so courteous and caring of all Thier Customers. They work long hours to try to make everyone happy. Sometimes we, the public, don't show enough gratitude towards the staff at the Walgreens Pharmacy while they try Thier best all the time. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy.

You can be there in excruciating pain and tell them that and they still manage to take 3hrs to fill basic antibiotics. The doctor appointments are 1/3 less time than it takes this pharmacy. 4 staff members who all have to stare at a piece of paper and talk about handwriting.

I used to love Walgreens in Seaford. I didn't mind the higher prices because to the convenience and the service. I got all my prescriptions and shots there for years. They used to be open 24 hours. The signs are still up, but that hasn't been the case for a long time. Store and pharmacy hours keep changing. The lines inside and outside (on the times the drive through is actually open) are unbelievable.I manually put in for 3 prescription refills (each with 2 refills left) after the automatic refill failed. Ten days later, I stood in line forever. I was told, "They're still in process. I'll mark it rush and it will be ready in 30 minutes. We'll page you so that you don't have to stand in line again." No page. Over an hour later I got a text that my order was ready. So I stood in line again (see the photo) only to be told, "We're out of stock" on the one l'd been nine weeks without. "We should have it next week." My cardiologist is unhappy but even he is aware of Walgreens current reputation. My labs are way off. Luckily, I'm not in the hospital yet. I'm moving everything I can to another pharmacy. This seems to be a company wide, corporate issue, spending money on everything except staff and customer service.
