This is the WORST Wawa. The customer service SUCKS. I always have to wait 10+ minutes for coffee, always being IGNORED!!! They'll continue working on beverage drinks that aren't even paid for yet, while I'm standing there over 10min waiting. Say something? I do! They ignore me!!! Or tell me I have to wait, when I've already been waiting. They are not friendly. Very snooty. Horrible! I would never treat someone that way!!! It takes less then 10 seconds to change out a coffee.

Placed a order thru the wawa app and waited patiently by the counter for over 15 min from when I placed the order.They just threw my sandwich in a brown bag and tucked in on the corner on the counter. Never called my number. I watched people come and go all having their orders called out loud and handed to them.I ordered a hoagie wich is never placed in a bag.Nowhere did it say “your on your own to find your sandwich tucked in a nook hiding in a brown paper bag”So frustrating!Whole time I’m waiting nobody noticed that I hadn’t gotten my food yet.They are all hiding behind the glass counter.Why can’t the wawa app orders be handed just like all the other orders.

The words janitorial services have escaped this places employees. Bathrooms will literally make you vomit. This is how they appreciate those that patronize them. By providing disgusting filthy restrooms all the time

Was just in Seaford Delaware store getting some food and cigarettes. Ordered 2 cartons of cigarettes and was handed 2 busted open cartons. Then when paying for sub and soup i ordered and cigarettes i asked if i could put a number in for rewards card. Got a really snarky no for an answer. Paid and walked over to wait on my food. While waiting i seen the female making food drop a sub on the floor that was wrapped but put it in the bag. For someone else

Ordered a chicken burrito, with lettuce, rice & beans, pico, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and chipotle….didn’t get chicken, lettuce, cheese, or chipotle…I’ve been to the seaford wawa 3 times since it’s opened and everytime it takes forever to get your food and it’s never made right….unless I’m coming thru bville I’m just done with wawa anymore

This is half a DoorDash issue and have a Wawa issue. For the third time in a row I didn't get my whole order. We just order from Wawa because my son's a picky eater and he likes something from there. But I've had it this time. Before it was drinks that were missing, but this time it was a salad so my husband went to the store and picked it up. Even though I called ahead of time to see if they still had my salad, when my husband got there they tried to tell him that it wasn't on the original ticket even though they already had it made. He took the original ticket that was on the bag and showed them that it was on the order. At first it seemed like a DoorDash issue completely, but to have them say that it was never on the original order or ticket when it was obviously on it just shows a lack of professionalism.

If I could give this Wawa a 0 i would “but instead I give you a 1” literally the worst. The big red headed lady always has an attitude. The Asian girl needs a new career path bc she obv. hates dealing with customers or making an adequate drink & if she doesn’t see “free” whip cream on the screen forget it she won’t make it. One day they don’t have drinks, the next day they have them but no one to make them, the third day it took 20 minutes to get our food, and by the 4th the whole deli was closed. Like what’s up? YAL need to just shut down. So many people were excited about Wawa. When McDonalds is better than Wawa that’s saying something. Just delete the whole thing. Hopefully 7/11 doesn’t have any issues.
