Maranda helped us at the drive thru pharmacy window and was an absolute delight! She was patient and oh so helpful! We are down visiting my grandparents and my grandfather needed to pick up his prescriptions. He had some questions and she was more than happy to assist. We need more people to understand customer hospitality the way she does! Thank you so much!

CVS Selbyville, DE was quick and convenient for my urgent needs. I needed Band-Aids and tweezers, and they had a good selection readily available. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without hassle. The staff were friendly and efficient at checkout. Perfect spot for quick pharmacy and personal care essentials.

The store manager Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting my passport pictures emailed to me when other employees were having difficulties. He was obviously a very smart and capable young man beyond just the accomplishment of that task. CVS is lucky to have him.

Twice now I have gone to pick up a Rx that was to be put through Good Rx. They are saying my doctor has to approve that!!! NEVER have I been told that! I even have it in writing that it isn't necessary for the doctor to approve the medicine being put through Good Rx. The Pharmacist Katie (They won't g8ve last names...what????) has decided that is the new rule!! Won't go back. Filing a formal complaint.

Arrived at the store at 12:50 am to pick up a prescription that was already in their system. I was told they would expedite filling and to wait 10-15 mins. to be announced. I waited until 1:25 and they said I would have to wait until 2 pm because of their lunch. I took my lunch hour to pick it up and went away empty-handed. People waiting at the counter be first priority!

This is not a review of CVS, but a review of one of their employees, Muriel. She is rude, condescending and should be nowhere near customers. Generally, the staff at CVS are very kind and helpful, but I have to assume that Muriel is related to someone at CVS to be able to behave the way she does.

Great shopping experience at CVS last night because of one person..Kimberly. She greeted me, helped me find a product and did it all very pleasantly. Customer Service makes a difference! It's been missing at this CVS in past years. I'm glad it's back. Thank you for hiring her! She helped restore my loyalty to CVS!

The pharmacist, although was very busy, took the time to explain the correct decongestant for me to use. He was very helpful

Had the rudest cashier experience today. I’ll do self checkout or use another store in the future. CVS needs to do better.

Had a fabulous experience at the CVS Selbyville, lighthouse road pharmacy. Huge thank you to Veronica for being a pleasant, personable, and engaging associate. You are a breath of fresh air compared to prior experiences. Attention management - you need more of her!!

WARNING!This pharmacy is dangerous and negligent! The pharmacists routinely refill archived medications, even ones they've been told cause allergies. When I brought this to the attention of one of the pharmarcists, Ross, first he tried to tell me the prescription order came from my doctor, which I called and verified it didn't, which I told him. Then he actually said I must have called it in which I told him would be crazy for me to do something unsafe like that to myself. Then I told him this was the second time this happened with this same medication I'm allergic to. I also told him earlier this year another pharmacist had refilled an archived medication. He didn't believe me. At this point he started getting unprofessional and told me that I didn't need to keep calling about this. I said I did because they keep refilling my archived medications I'm allergic to! He got nasty and his response to that was I should take my business elsewhere. I said I'd love to take my dozen prescriptions for all my many health problems to Walgreens but they can't be bothered to be open on the weekends. So he suggested "then you better get yourself there during the week". All I could say was WOW! At least they're not all this rude, apathetic and bullying!Never in more than 40 years of having my prescriptions filled at various CVS locations have I ever had the consistent problems and horrible pharmacists, like Ross, as I have at this CVS the last 5 years. In addition, half the time they don't return phone calls now that you have to leave messages and can't speak directly to them.

This CVS is THE WORST!! never going back. They screwed up my flu shot appt and my insurance company caught them in a blatant lie. They send you notices that your RX is ready you get there and they act like you’re crazy! My husband just went per their notice… not only wasn’t it ready but they had the wrong date and they were closed for lunch! Not on person available to handle customers they all go at the same time!! To top it off they are rude and nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to Ocean View!
