Had the rudest cashier experience today. I’ll do self checkout or use another store in the future. CVS needs to do better.

Had a fabulous experience at the CVS Selbyville, lighthouse road pharmacy. Huge thank you to Veronica for being a pleasant, personable, and engaging associate. You are a breath of fresh air compared to prior experiences. Attention management - you need more of her!!

WARNING!This pharmacy is dangerous and negligent! The pharmacists routinely refill archived medications, even ones they've been told cause allergies. When I brought this to the attention of one of the pharmarcists, Ross, first he tried to tell me the prescription order came from my doctor, which I called and verified it didn't, which I told him. Then he actually said I must have called it in which I told him would be crazy for me to do something unsafe like that to myself. Then I told him this was the second time this happened with this same medication I'm allergic to. I also told him earlier this year another pharmacist had refilled an archived medication. He didn't believe me. At this point he started getting unprofessional and told me that I didn't need to keep calling about this. I said I did because they keep refilling my archived medications I'm allergic to! He got nasty and his response to that was I should take my business elsewhere. I said I'd love to take my dozen prescriptions for all my many health problems to Walgreens but they can't be bothered to be open on the weekends. So he suggested "then you better get yourself there during the week". All I could say was WOW! At least they're not all this rude, apathetic and bullying!Never in more than 40 years of having my prescriptions filled at various CVS locations have I ever had the consistent problems and horrible pharmacists, like Ross, as I have at this CVS the last 5 years. In addition, half the time they don't return phone calls now that you have to leave messages and can't speak directly to them.

This CVS is THE WORST!! never going back. They screwed up my flu shot appt and my insurance company caught them in a blatant lie. They send you notices that your RX is ready you get there and they act like you’re crazy! My husband just went per their notice… not only wasn’t it ready but they had the wrong date and they were closed for lunch! Not on person available to handle customers they all go at the same time!! To top it off they are rude and nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to Ocean View!

Never going back. Had it with CVS Lighthouse Rd Selbyville - the pharmacy advertises hours and today was the SIXTH TIME THIS YEAR when the pharmacy wasn't open when advertised. Store associate apologized but doesn't matter, too many service failures. Moving prescriptions to Walgreens down the road.

The pharmacy staff at CVS in Selbyville are nice people and stone cold pros, especially Beth and Kaitlynn. Kaitlynn was my angel today, and saved me some money. They both deserve raises and vacations.

Having recently moved to the area, I needed to find my go-to CVS. This store on Lighthouse Road is it! My first experience was good- Clean store, well stocked, friendly and helpful staff… made my recent visit to CVS positive and will keep me coming back.

Drove 35 minutes for cvs product w elder relative on oxygen. Pharmacist said had to get new prescription though box said 1 refill. Called Walgreens near home and they called relative's home town pharmacy. No problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. NO HELP ESPECIALLY FOR ELDERS IN NEED OF BREATHING MEDS.

One star is too good for this circus. Hours claimed open are incorrect as there is nobody there to help. They should either discontinue the pharmacy or to get real people in to work. I'll be calling corporate to find out why this is occurring, it isn't right when people who are ill can't get help. The brick n block is there but it doesn't exist to us, why bother?!

The physical human beings working here are terrific. The way CVS operates the pharmacy and their automated system are atrocious. I am constantly bemoaning my healthcare provider for switching from Walgreens to CVS.

Shout out to the pharmacist Russ who went above and beyond to help me. My doc sent in my prescription a little later than we had hoped so while I was in the store holding an ice pack on my face the pharmacist Russ did everything he could to expedite filling my prescription and getting me out in a timely manner. Very professional staff that seemed to take pride in their work. Appreciate that!

I never thought I'd have a strong opinion on a pharmacy but this one is shockingly bad. They are consistently closed hours before their posted business hours. Website will say they're open until 8, only to find out they closed at 5. You'll only find this out if you go into the store to pick up your prescription and see the handwritten sign on the gated pharmacy. Good luck calling them on the phone, you can't reach anyone. I let the phone sit on hold as I worked one day. I was on hold for over an hour with no answer. Drive thru pharmacy? Please. That is never open.I don't know if this is CVS corporate BS or just a terribly run store, but avoid at all costs.

Lady at the drive-through rude, frustrated and yelling out that I could not pick up prescriptions unless I have Covid. Ironically I do. It is reasonable that the drive through can only be used to to pick up Covid medications. The reasons were to " keep people from getting sick". There were 3 cars behind me, so I can't imagine having to tell each vehicle the same. Hopefully she was not as rude to them. I regret not taking a picture of posted sign stating "not to come in the store if you are contagious"Very disappointed in Selbyville CVS. So all CVS have this policy?

Worst cvs ever! I have the flu and needed to call to see if my doctor had called in my prescription and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I then hung up and called back to log on as if I was a doctors office hoping maybe someone would answer quicker and help me out. After 15 minutes, a rude woman picked up and when she found out that I was not from the doctors office, she hung up on me abruptly. I then had to walk into the store, feeling horrible with the flu, and wait in line of 10 people deep only to find out that my doctor had not called in my prescription yet.
